“I am a bilingual Child and Family Counselor. My goal as a counselor is to offer clients a safe and warm environment in which they have the opportunity to explore their options for change and growth. My clients then have the chance to develop different perspectives toward the issues that afflicted them. They can discover solutions that feel right for them and regain a sense of hope and trust in themselves.

My approach to therapy evolves from my understanding that therapy is a guided journey of self discovery. In achieving that goal I employ several psychotherapy techniques including; cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, structural, and systematic therapy. An eclectic approach achieves maximum results for most individuals.

Entering into therapy can be a difficult decision but it can have many positive outcomes. I strive for individuals to feel comfortable throughout the therepeutic process. With support and guidance; your goals and objectives can be accomplished.”
