My practice is tailored to respect each individual's needs in therapy. In our work together we will use dialogue and mind-body activities to build on your strengths and develop effective life skills.

I provide diverse perspectives and techniques that are most appropriate to your needs including: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, Jungian, Mind-Body and Expressive Arts with a specialization in Dance-Movement Therapy (the psychotherapeutic use of dance and movement to further psychological and physical integration by effecting changes in thoughts, feelings and emotions.)

A unique feature of my practice is a focus on the effects of mind on body and vice versa, and the use of Dance, Movement, other Expressive Arts and Mind-Body practices to promote emotional and physical well-being.”
