“We were really not taught to communicate well. We have fears and concerns about saying what we feel to those we work with, have friendships with or have an intimate relationship with. The messages that we are given are not "who we are" and they often harm us. I provide a warm and safe environment in which we can work together to discover wounds and stumbling blocks that prevent you from living a more fulfilling life. I work with individuals and couples who need someone to listen and provide the expertise that will help them move through life more comfortably. I most often use an eclectic approach.”
