I'm here to help you feel better from the inside out using Eastern & Western Psychology, Yoga & Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, & Mindfulness Meditation practices. I specialize in mind-body connection, GLBT issues, addictions, mood imbalances, & couples/family issues. I help the client find what works best for them through the variety of tools and approaches in which I have been trained. Awaken to a happier, healthier life today.
I apply client centered, mindfulness awareness techniques because of their empowering nature. This provides broader coping tools for all people in all situations. I find that through this modality I can work with any population.
