As a Gottman Certified Relationship Therapist, I specialize in working with couples. I am EMDR trained and see individual clients with anxiety/panic, trauma related concerns, depression, among others. I earned an MBA from the U. of Chicago and worked on Wall Street for 7 years before retraining in clinical psychology. This varied experience is useful in working with a variety of clients.
In addition to my training with the Gottmans, I have trained with Terrence Real, another leader in helping couples. I work in practical ways designed so that changes are maintained. My training and experience with the work of these pioneers uniquely qualifies me to help couples develop and sustain healthy, satisfying relationships.
