I have worked in the therapy field for 25 years. My specialties are eating disorders and addictions. There are many co-addictions and I pay special attention to this. Many times a client will recover from an eating disorder and turn to alcohol. Perhaps alcohol was a co-addiction all along. I work with couples and families, because once there is a designated patient...the relationship and the family suffer. Learning to talk about your feelings and asking for what you want is very difficult.

Eating Disorders are not about food, they are about feelings. I am here to help you get in touch with your feelings. My goal is not to make you fat or thin. My goal is to help onto the road to recovery.

I have practiced for many years, I like what I do and I have conviction that recovery is possible. Hard work is important and necessary. I am here to work if you are willing to work. I know it is difficult to reach out for help....reach out anyway.
