Ms. Maggie Tibbetts

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , LCSW

(970) 579-0950
Are you wanting to work on your personal or spiritual issues in a mindful way? Do you struggle at times with your inner critic? Often our critical voices can lead to issues of depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Using mindfulness, spiritually based practices and traditional therapy techniques, I approach individuals holistically. My goals are to assist clients in learning mindfulness as well as developing self acceptance and compassion for themselves. With those skills, often times problems with mood and relationships will improve. I strongly believe in therapy as a way for people to grow personally and spiritually.
In our working relationship I bring a sense of humor, caring and an ability to help you look at difficult issues. I have extensive experience working with adults and young adults addressing a myriad of issues. I also practice meditation and yoga regularly.
