I believe individuals have rich potential for growth and change. In a peaceful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment I assist individuals toward healing from depression, loss, anxiety, and broken relationships. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for mood and anxiety disorders, Logotherapy for loss, and the Gottman Method (eclectic) for couple's counseling.

My goal is to assist individuals out of their emotional pain and into a more empowered, joyful, and fulfilled life. 'In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.' Albert Camus My goal is for my clients to discover this strength within themselves.

I have taught personal growth classes at a local college, such as Building Self-Esteem, Developing Assertive Communication, and Stress Management. I continue to teach workshops and facilitate groups. My last workshop was 'Living with Depression.'
