“Welcome to my therapy practice. I am an empathic, interactive therapist, utilizing a dynamic approach to support and empower my clients to resolve current problems and long-standing suffering. With sensitivity and compassion, I help my clients find solutions to a variety of issues and conflicts. Some of many issues I enjoy working with include: depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking, eating disordered behavior, addiction, and relationship issues. I work with clients to identify problematic issues, gain coping skills and build confidence. Relying on the therapeutic relationship renders positive results in one's mood, communication, and over all happiness.

The depth of a therapeutic alliance inspires individuals to improve the quality of their life. Though the therapeutic bond takes time to establish, my clients demonstrate and report an improvement in their feelings, mood, and personal relationships soon after beginning our work together.

My practice is located on the North side of Chicago just two blocks away from Lake Michgan. Valet parking is available as well as conveinent access to public transportation.”
