Sometimes life can just seem to be overwhelming. As you deal with raising a family, caring for aging parents, and managing a career you can sometimes become lost in the whirling maze of tasks. I can help you as you navigate through life's many changes and demands.
As a psychologist trained in gerontology I am well equipped to assist with problems that arise as we get older. I work with families as they struggle with the tough decisions, and help you clarify your values and wishes, and compare them to the realities of your situation.
In addition to traditional psychotherapeutic techniques, we also offer Equine Facilitied Therapies. To learn more, please copy and past this link into your browser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhIOcpN9wkw

Every Saturday at 1pm - 3pm

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFT) teaches responsibility, improves confidence, and helps normalize brain wave patterns in various neurological disorders. We have several groups, as well as individual sessions at Serendipity Farm. Therapeutic work is done on the ground. Sometimes clients ride a horse in the process of therapy. We also use miniature horses who pull small carts in our therapeutic work. Further information is available on our video.
