We are all, to a large extent, the architects of our own destinies. The question is: how can we make positive changes to build the life that we desire? I have worked extensively providing counseling to English and Spanish-speaking clients who are struggling with anxious and depressive symptoms, or relationship issues. Many of the clients that I have seen over the years have experienced trauma or challenging transitions in their lives and have difficulties moving forward in a more positive direction. I also regularly work with families who have children or adolescents with behavioural or learning issues.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various settings, including various mental health clinics, school districts, and hospitals, both in Canada and abroad. In addition to counselling, I also provide psycho-educational assessments for issues related to learning disabilities, giftedness, ADHD and Autism.

I speak fluent Spanish, and provide counseling to Spanish-speaking clients.
