It is my belief that psychotherapy and psychological assessments offer an opportunity for healing, growth and change. In both therapy and assessment, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them better understand themselves, to help them find solutions to their difficulties, and to help facilitate positive change in their lives. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

I have expertise working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, life transitions, trauma/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).

I provide a collaborative style of psychological and psycho-educational testing to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of emotional and behavioral difficulties, learning differences, and struggles in the areas of language, memory and/or attention.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
