I help clients overcome depression, cope with AD/HD and other internal barriers to fulfillment and success, and find practical solutions to life problems and so they can become their best selves.
I help clients understand who they are, their strengths and weaknesses, what they value, how the past contributes to their present and the future they want for themselves . . . and I help them get there. I teach couples concrete communication skills and integrate coaching skills in much of my work.
I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Boston University, training in family therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, hypnosis and family business consulting, and am a Master Certified Coach (MCC). I've been in practice for 30+ years as a clinician, consultant, trainer and coach and love what I do!”

This group will meet 15 times over a 6-8 month period. Each person will be asked to have a project in the area of work, relationships, health, creativity or community which will be the focus of their participation. Using mutual support and the "third mind" provided by the group, they will be helped to realize their goal. Insurance is not accepted for this group but personal change will happen!
