I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including Transactional Analysis, Sandtray-Worldplay, Gestalt, EMDR, and Energy Psychology to help you identify the decisions and patterns that may have gotten you stuck. I have experience working with individuals, couples, groups and facilitating workshops and classes.”
