“I specialize in helping people deal with stress, fears, anxiety, grief and loss, divorce, performance anxiety, and other difficult issues. I enjoy helping people with these issues. The goal is not only to achieve some peace in your life, but to rekindle the abundance and joy that life has to offer even in the midst of suffering. You don't have to suffer alone! One of the techniques I specialize in is called Progressive Relaxation and Guided Imagery. It is easy and even fun to learn to do for yourself.

Guided Imagery is a cognitive, behavioral technique with an increasing body of reasearch to show it's effectiveness in the healing of the emotions, as well as the body and spirit. I have been a healing professional for 38 years, and use a variety of techniques according to your needs.

I work with individuals, and small groups. I also lead workshops. If you are a Psychotherapist, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Social Worker, you can earn CEUs by attending my workshops in Guided Imagery, as well as other topics. I am a provider of CEUs for both Kentucky and Indiana.”
