The group runs two hours. Hypnosis will be used and participants will be taught self-hypnosis along with a positive strategy for ending this habit. You can walk out the door as a non-smoker. Willpower is not necessary and can work against you when trying to eliminate a habit. Minimum of 5 people per group. Maximum of 10. Groups can be scheduled to fit the needs of participants.
