When a client first comes in for counseling or therapy, there's usually a sense that things could be going better. Too much fighting, too little energy, too much worry, or loneliness, or disappointment, or just a sense that something is wrong. Therapy can help you feel better, work better, and have better relationships.

I work with adults and adolescents to manage anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma. I work with people who simply want to facilitate growth, balance, or creativity. I specialize in working with couples, including multicultural couples, couples in blended families, and couples going through divorce.

If you're considering therapy and would like to learn more about it, or about me, please give me a call or send me an email. The first consultation is free. My offices are in Westwood, right across the street from UCLA, and in Venice, on Abbot Kinney.

Mark Winitsky offers a free consultation over the phone or in person
