“Although I treat depression, anxiety, marriage, bereavement, emotional abuse etc.I have found the commonality is issues of SELF-ESTEEM. As examples; you feel that you are not as good as and/or as smart as others, not lovable, selfish, a 'wimp', have a fear of abandonment, either control or are controlled, etc. Often this image of yourself is inaccurate. Your past is the reason you feel as you do.YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A PRISONER TO YOUR PAST.

Often people blame themselves, if they are struggling with emotional difficulties. if in growing up you were made to feel that you were a BOTHER,NOT GOOD ENOUGH, INCOMPETENT, SELFISH,PHYSCIAL OR EMOTIONAL ABUSED etc.than you naturally have difficulty with SELF-ESTEEM.My focus is always on improving self-esteem.

In order to feel that I would be excellent as a therapist I went to the best schools for therapy in the U.S.A. and continued my studies when I immigrated to Canada. I feel I offer excellent therapy, at a reasonable price.”
