In an initial telephone consultation, I take the time with each person to talk, to make certain I know what issues they need help with, and to make certain that person feels comfortable talking with me. In my work with clients, I respect them and their personal values and beliefs while helping them to achieve their own personal goals. I create a comfortable office atmosphere for clients in which to talk about their personal issues.

I give my clients caring, honest feedback about what I am hearing them say and about the feelings and thoughts behind what they said. I give each person tools to take out of each session to apply. I make certain that we are working on the client's personal goals.”
