I accompany clients as they identify and name their fear/pain, grieve the related losses, and live into their truest self. Whether you are a person who finds yourself: Grieving; Wanting to improve a current relationship; Repeatedly choosing relationships wrong for you; Looping the block; Feeling uncomfortable in your own body; Feeling "less than"; Wondering how, or if, you "fit" in the world; Wanting to feel happier; And, so on; I will offer you support while you do your work and will provide a safe environment in which to confront your fears and practice new skills.

While I work with individuals, couples, and families, I specialize in working with adults who were molested as children; members of the LGBTQ community; older adults and adolescents; and people with severe and persistent mental illness and their family members.

Aside from my formal education in marriage and family therapy, pastoral counseling, and group work, I am also trained in motivational interviewing and psychiatric rehabilitation. I employ strategies from the field of positive psychology to inform my practice, as well as exercise and nutrition to treat depression and anxiety.
