My goal is to provide a safe place for you to share your story and be listened to and heard as you heal. I operate from a strength-based orientation that incorporates a holistic approach with emphasis on the mind-body connection. The role of one's spirituality is recognized as the client makes the decision to live more fully as they embrace and process their losses.

My approach to psychotherapy as a mental health professional is guided by the belief that most mental health issues can be addressed through a short-term treatment approach that focuses on the client's existing resources while developing additional coping strategies to assist in managing life's challenges.

My purposeful and intentional integration of counseling and nursing has enabled me to support a variety of individuals and families navigate through their grief and loss and find a sense of hope in the ongoing process of recovery while they learn to integrate loss into their lives.”
