Life has perhaps handed you a difficult time, you are experiencing depression or overwhelmed by life. Sometimes being with those who are similarly going down that road can sometimes help. Groups are formed by the therapist using a specific screening process used to select the similar members of a group, to ensure the group will be successful.Each member is asked to protect the confidentiality of each other member. "What is said in group stays in group," We may not understand why we are feeling depressed. But by attending group we can discover answers for many life issues

Parenting Group is designed to help parents find the much needed answers to understanding our children today. Sometimes in today's society it is not easy to know the best way to handle situations with our children, due to the rapid changes in our society.This group addresses these situations and helps the parent find the right approach to reach their children in the best possible way through better understanding of what is really going on and techniques to use to help calm these times.

Most people don't realize that the answers lie within us to all of our problems. We just need to learn how recognize them and learned how to put them into practice. By learning to understand ourselves through our thinking processes and how we can use it to either cause ourselves grief or peace is the focus of this group. It can help bring us the happiness we often seek in our lives.
