I am skilled in helping the client with issues of anxiety and depression. Assisting them and empowering them through the transitions of modern life. As a member of The No Abuse Coalition,LLC, I am approved as a Duluth specialist in anger management and domestic violence counseling for the court systems in the surrounding parishes. Healthy relationship skills can make a difference in the harmony in our lives. I enjoy working with couples to restore and enhance their love relationship. As a nonanxious presence, I will be there with you to process your thoughts and feelings

As a Marriage and family therapist, I use the family systems approach to partially understand behaviors; how they blend and conflict. Reality therapist comes naturally for me. Steering you back on your determined track. I believe I can help individuals and couples to get what they want out of their life.

My office is a cozy cottage in the heart of Metairie. I hope you will feel at home here and find relief from the stresses of the world outside. Come sit and have a cup of coffee or a cold drink while we discuss your issues.
