There is hope. You can find peace with your life, your relationships and with yourself. You can move beyond depression, addiction or fears. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work with years of clinical experience in counseling, yet what I bring to my sessions is more than education or experience, it is understanding of the path of personal growth. I have personally overcome tremendous difficulties and deep seated issues, in my life. Because of this, I have great compassion and understanding for others who are also determined to become more of the person they have always wanted to be.
I specialize in working with anyone who is recovering from abuse or trauma in their lives, those with depression, addictions, relationship issues or those who simply want to live more fully with greater confidence and creativity. I work with each person uniquely using various creative modalities.
I am a registered chemical dependency counselor with CAARR, with a spiritual and life empowerment focus. I strive to create a safe emotional space for individuals to truly be themselves and speak their truth so that when they leave, they feel more empowered to be who they want to be.
