Mrs. Mary Williams

Counselor

My therapeutic approach to treatment is systems based with the concepts of developmental therapy & object relations. I believe respect for the client (regardless of their age or circumstances) & focus on their goals provides clients with a supportive environment that promotes desired change. I believe the therapeutic relationship enables individuals to grow & make changes in their lives that meets their needs & encourages emotional well being. I've had 25 plus years of experience working with youth, families & adults. I especially enjoy working with teens, & with couples who have relationship concerns.
Because of my own life journey, I am able to relate to people who are dealing with a variety of issues with understanding & compassion & to offer support, direction & encouragement for growth & change.
