When someone is faced with emotional pain, knowing what to do is difficult and counseling can be freightening. As a marriage & family therapist and social worker, it is my practice to provide a safe environment for clients to resolve their issues of concern. Using the client's expertise of self as a vital part of my team is solicited and used along with my life experience and educational knowledge to make positive changes. Validation and client strengths are part of the therapeutic process. Feeling in control of one's situation and finding hope for a healthy future can be expected.

Individuals, couples, and families struggling with eating disorders, relationship concerns, grief & loss, dependencies, depression and anxieties are the types of clients that I have successfully worked with over the years. Couples can learn how to nurture the "usness" and get needs met. Those with eating disorder concerns can find hope.

My husband of 38 years and I operate the Restoration House Counseling & Resources. We have a team of clinicians who work together to restore the brokenhearted to wholeness. This team consists of several therapists of different disciplines who offer counseling, nutrional information, life coaching, EMDR, encouragement, accountibility, and group work.
