I integrate 35 years of clinical experience, 39 years of mindfulness/insight meditation and philosophy, and the exciting new field of neuroscience into my work.
My approach combines cognitive/behavioral therapy, anxiety reduction/ mindfulness training, coaching, and authentic relating. I am engaged, effective and collaborative. I invite you to participate in this process...not just to gain relief from your distresses, but to help create a life filled with meaning, passion and increasing joy.
Much of what we do in life involves relating with others. Many of my clients are in partnerships and learning to deal with inherent differences that cause so much hurt and unhappiness.
