I work with all aged clients. I have long -term school experience: teacher, counselor, administrator. I enjoy all ages.Many people enjoy my mix of therapeutic and personal coaching styles. During the years, I have advanced my training into divorce mediation and custody mediation. I have also expanded my clientelle to include people who have long-term illness with pain. I work with health issues to help people learn to better adapt to their condition while also finding and concentrating on creating healthy lifestyle choices and personal calmness. I consider my background in addiction as a pathway to help people achieve wellness.
I utilize both psychodynamic,cognitive behavioral methods and motivational therapy. I freqiuently employ a psychoeducational role. The most unique qualities of my practice are my knowledge of developmental needs , my knowledge of addictions, my knowledge of cultures and my knowledge of the educational system, including colleges and careers.
My personality and my knowledge usually make both parents, and children comfortable in our environment. I have Saturday times from 7AM to 5PM, weekday evenings and some weekday times. I work hard to accomodate clients time needs and their busy schedules. I will do Skype or do FaceTime or any of the other video formats when appropriate.
