Life can present many unexpected challenges, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Often, these challenges impact our relationships and our daily functioning. As your therapist, I will provide you with the opportunity to reflect upon your life in a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. I will provide you with education, suggested readings, and information on resources to support your journey of growth and wellbeing. My area of expertise is somatic psychology which focuses on the interplay between physical health (body) and mental health (mind). I lead workshops on mind-body health and maintain a private psychotherapy practice at The Art of Living.

We will pay attention to your feelings, thought patterns, and physical sensations. We will discover how your life experiences are encoded in your body-mind and influence your emotions, thinking, and behaviors. In our work together, you will develop new pathways to promote a sense of calm, wellbeing, and inner strength.

Ms. Meg Beliveau offers a free consultation over the phone or in person
