Do you feel your use of alcohol or substances is getting out of control? Does a loved one drink too much? Do you suffer from anxiety and/or depression? I have over 15 years experience, 10 years focusing primarily on the recovery of addiction, anxiety, depression, and codependency. I work with individuals 10 years and over. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, anger, and self harm. My goal is to guide you inward as you find your natural ability to heal and overcome negative or destructive patterns.

My approach is unique to you and your needs. I am trained in several different styles and can apply what works best for you. Some approaches include: cognitive behavior therapy, insight-oriented therapy, holistic approaches, spiritual counseling, and behavior modification.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor, and a certified yoga teacher. I am very experienced in teaching holistic methods of relaxation, breath work, meditation, and yoga. These methods are extremely helpful with addiction recovery, reducing self harm, stress, anxiety, and depression.
