Dr. Melhim William Restum

Psychologist , PhD

(586) 745-1701
Is your child or adolescent struggling academically, behaviorally and/or socially? Are these problems spilling over family life? I am the director of the ADDapt program, which has been helping youngsters succeed educationally and socially for over 20 years. Our staff; both male and female; are experts in helping individuals and families overcome the often complex problems they face in the challenging times in which we live.
We specialize in work with ADD/ADHD and related conditions such as Asperger's Syndrome and academic disabilities, and provide psychological testing and various treatments, such as workshops, which include a social skills training program, along with individual, family and couples therapy.
I love being a psychologist, and people who know me say they can tell. I enjoy the give-and-take of sessions with clients. Finally, my experience allows me to help guide clients who are considering medication treatment, while offering a range of alternative options when they prefer not taking medication.
