I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & Clinical Supervisor, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Registered Play Therapist and a National Certified School Counselor. I believe within every problem there is a solution. Together with my clients, I strive to find these solutions so they may grow and achieve success even during life stressors. I utilize play and the creative arts when working with children and adolescents as I believe play is a child's way of expressing their feelings and finding solutions to their problems.

A family orientation coupled with rigorous training requirements make Marriage and Family Therapists uniquely qualified to provide mental health services. Family Therapists are trained in various modes of therapy in order to assist clients with mental health, relationship, career and various other life stressors.

I provide play therapy which is defined by the Association for Play Therapist as "the systematic use of a theoretical model to establish an interpersonal process wherein trained play therapists use the therapeutic powers of play to help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development."
