“I am a licensed clinical social worker. I work with clients of all ages including adolescents and adults. My focus with adults is to play a role as a life coach with regards to relationship, career and identity issues. My clients have anxiety and/or depression,relationship issues, sexuality issues and/or substance abuse/addiction. I specialize in young adult identity issues in addition to a wide array of mental illness diagnosis including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar and borderline personality disorder. I provide life coaching for those who need guidance and direction with situational factors.

I have worked in a wide range of treatment intervention programs such as outpatient therapy, acute hospitilization and residential treatment programs. I am a life coach for adults as well as use cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior therapy and relational therapy.

My goal is for my clients to feel safe and supported. I am a life coach to all my clients which has been very successful to a large population with a variety of issues. You may use your flex accounts through your employer for your sessions.”
