Dr. Melody Goddard Rhode

“Dr. Melody Goddard Rhode is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, professional consultant and life coach. She works with individuals, couples, families, family businesses and faith-based organizations using outcome-focused strategic therapy to effect changes that heal. Her practice is oriented to a discrete clientele including professionals, public figures, business and Christian leaders and family members. Her specialization includes men's and women's health, marriage, life work, character development, performance anxiety, coping with depression and loss, divorce prevention, strategic parenting of adolescents and adult children, and midlife choices.

Dr. Rhode is founder of Tree of Life, which provides consulting services, family-of-origin therapy, spiritual direction, conflict mediation and change management, to build, strengthen, and repair relationships. Subspecialties include forgiveness, relational ethics, and recovery for people in narcissistic relationships and/or wounded by the church.

Dr. Rhode received her Ph.D. in Psychology and her M.A. in Theology from The School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. She conducts workshops, seminars, and speaks locally and abroad.”
