I believe an encouraging, respectful,collaborative relationship is key in working through difficulties and creating positive change. I work with children, adolescents and adults in setting realistic goals and developing skills to assist with present and future challenges. Together we uncover each individual's strengths, resilence, and talents to allow them to move towards positive change. Areas I work with include divorce adjustment, anxiety issues, depression, sensory processing difficulties, separation anxiety, grief and loss, anger management, and school related issues. I also provide parent consultation to facilitate positive change within the family.

I provide a safe, comfortable environment for children, adolescents, and adults. I also provide after school/evening appointments (when available)to fit busy schedules.
