Would you like to feel less stressed and enjoy life more? Then consider my individual or group services. Using mindfulness meditation and exploration of your thoughts and feelings, I can help you feel greater peace, pay less attention to unhelpful thoughts and live your life more fully. I believe that noticing what's "right" about you and paying attention to your inner wisdom greatly enhances the process of change and focus on these areas in our time together.

I can meet with you individually or with your family or you can join one of my groups. I have been leading Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction since 1998 and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Groups since 2003. MBCT groups were recently found to be more efffective in preventing depression relapse than antidepressants.

In addition, I provide services for organizations. Clients have included: The National Institute of Health, National Cathedral, National Association of Social Workers, National Association of Legal Professionals, Fairfax Hospital Life with Cancer, Alexandria Drug Court, Fairfax Public Schools, Arlington Department of Social Services, the Dwelling Place, Celiac Spruce Association, Korean Social Services, and ADAMS Center.
