I think the power and strength people accumulate through talk therapy comes from establishing a productive, honest, non-judgmental, and genuine counseling relationship. People can bring their lives into sync when they are honest with themselves and learn to express their feelings appropriately. Providing a safe environment, and building a trusting relationship injected with both humor and humanity is what I can offer to people in search of their best selves.
