“Do you feel trapped by the past and prevented from achieving your potential in the present? You sense that you are capable of so much more in your work, relationships and enjoyment of life. You have tried repeatedly to deal with your history, but it always seems to be getting in the way. I can help you. For 18 years I have helped people address issues that relate to past experiences. I use a therapy approach that I call depth counselling. Depth counselling focuses on the root cause of problems.

When I help men and women with stress, depression, anxiety, addictions and childhood trauma, I help them understand the origins of these problems rather than just dealing with the symptoms. I find that this provides lasting change.

My style of counselling emphasizes kindness, understanding and equality in collaboration. I also believe that it is important for me to adapt to the needs of each individual I work with. I love my work and feel great fulfillment helping people find a better life.”
