I believe that what happens to us is not as important as how we respond to what happens to us. Whatever it is that you are going through it can have meaning for you. Choosing to listen to your suffering and what it is trying to tell you can guide you back to authenticity and a life that is conscious and connected. I do not use techniques. The sessions are spontaneous and client centred. :
I have experience with eating disorders, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, gender issues, panic attacks and spiritual issues. I work with dreams primarily from a Jungian orientation but keep in mind that each client has his or her own dream language.
