In our conversations, my clients often find new life; experiencing a new sense of energy and love in their relationship with their significan other. Couples can 'fall in love again for the first time'; that is, they can deepen their love; strengthen their bond; and become more attached to one another. Couples can come to a clearer understanding of providing for one another the friendship, the safety, the security and the trust that we all want--able to deal with life's struggles and know true joy and well being.

In counseling clients often come to a new sense of their own truth; utilize their many experience,gifts,and resources to engage more with life. They can find hope, and discover how to align their lives and transform them according to what they really want. You can find your 'True North'.

My clients and I create the space whereby one can live in an open system with each person having a free exchange of energy and being there for one another.
