Have you been spending too much time and money analyzing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and feel like you're getting nowhere? My approach to therapy focuses on learning how to handle your everyday thoughts and feelings through focusing your mental energy on the life you want to live rather than the life inside your mind. I specialize in working with people who struggle with feelings of anxiety, fear, depression, as well as, have difficulties stopping their compulsive behavior. I also work with people who struggle with the memories and images of past trauma or abuse.

I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy using Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and facets of interpersonal neurobiology. The objective in therapy is to learn to live a value-centered life by identifying one's values and learning ways to handle the thoughts, images, sensations, and feelings that interfere with life.

I am presently going through training to be certified as a sex therapist through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists (ABCST). I am also an active member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) and the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS).
