I use an eclectic selection of therapy models, working with your needs and deciding together what will benefit you. Modalities include Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Strength Based, Experiential. With children I might use Sand-Tray or Play Therapy for those who might not have effective verbal communication.

Our work together might include areas of anxiety, panic & stress, depression, child & behavior, life stages, abuse & recovery, family & parenting, teen issues, emotional crisis, gay & lesbian issues, and health & fitness mindfulness. Our process together is about you.”
