Dr. Michelle Harvey

Psychologist , PhD

(817) 601-5989
The goal of my practice is to bring healing and wholeness to mind, body, and spirit. My primary therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy to help my clients make changes in thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to develop more effective coping strategies. This involves clients with a wide variety of psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
I work with clients who are facing both acute and chronic medical conditions such as chronic pain. I perform pre-operative evaluations to assist patients and medical teams in working collaboratively for the best outcomes.
I also have a focus in working with the aging population, including neurocognitive evaluations to recognize and begin treatment for dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease, and other memory problems.
