I offer therapy from a client-centered, systemic approach. Client-centered means I do not have a "one-size fits all" approach to therapy. Rather, I spend time getting to know my clients, their contexts, and their unique perspectives. Through the use of a systemic approach, I recognize the interrelatedness of people and their contexts. By changing unhelpful patterns of interactions and perspectives rather than just trying to change behaviors, change is longer lasting.

My specialty is relational therapy (couples, premarital, family) and individual therapy with a focus on the interrelatedness of problems with our contexts, perspectives, beliefs, and emotions. I work for long-term changes rather than surface-level fixes. I consider it an honor to walk with clients as they make changes.
