I have provided psychological assessment and treatment to adults and couples since 2004. I have extensive experience in providing clinical psychological services utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, relaxation strategies, insight-oriented therapy, as well as interpersonal therapeutic approaches. Clinically, my broad range of experience includes working with clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression; anxiety and phobias; post traumatic stress disorder; adjustment disorders due to disability; grief and bereavement issues; chronic pain management and marital therapy.

I am a regulated health professional qualified to practice in the area of clinical psychology with adults and couples. Psychological services are not covered under OHIP however, many extended health care benefits offer coverage for psychological treatment.
