Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to join you on your path in this moment. We are all here such a short time...you are purpose, already, you know. And somewhere within, you know this truth. Our roles day in/day out r merely opportunities to be who we truly are IN the right now.

I work with everyday kind of people & some who believe they walk to the beat of a different drummer:) Depression, Anxiety, relationship issues for adults-straight, gay or somewhere inbetween, communication needs, parent/child issues. I have an 11 yr old son- I know, lol! We're all just people.

I work with individuals, couples, families- parent/child and teens. My practice is positive focus: balance in mind/body/spirit. I am a Christian & believe that one's greatest strides into awakening awareness comes from your own spirituality. The authentic you.
