I have a holistic philosophy around healing and see it as a mind, body and spirit experience. I provide a safe,non-judgmental place where you can just be. I provide one on one therapy, involving chair work, inner child work, focusing, guided visualizations, art therapy, voice dialoguing, and sub-personalities. I also provide body psychotherapy. Through a gentle manipulation of the body, great healing can be accomplished as the body doesn't lie and it retains memories that we may not consciously remember. Any breakthrough automatically brings more freedom into your life and a greater capacity and space to allow love to enter in. Have you questioned what your purpose is in this world?
