I am a Clnical Psychologist and Licensed Associate Counselor. I treat young adults, adults, and couples who struggle with poor self-esteem, eating disorders, negative body image, and relationship issues including pornography use, sexual acting out, and infidelity. I will help you to explore relationships and significant traumas that led you to turn to food and/or sex to cope with your turmoil. I will teach you new coping strategies that are more effective and helpful. I incorporate mindfulness and a safe and supportive environment to help you develop empowerment and self-worth.
