I work with individuals and couples using many different modalities to help you reach your goals. This may include mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and visualization, cognitive behavioral therapy, journaling, emotional freedom technique, internal family systems therapy, as well as exercises to help you awaken your own inner guidance and intuition.

I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I am also a Certified Life Coach. I have found that having the skills of both a psychotherapist and a life coach gives me a unique perspective to help clients heal from the past while also moving toward future goals.”
