I can guide you through effective processes and techniques that really help, and teach you skills that you can use between sessions to help yourself and to move through your process more easily, and take with you as lifelong resources.

I have experience working with a wide variety of clients' life issues, from the simple to the more complex. I have worked with people having concerns such as smoking cessation, weight management, habit changes, phobias, anxieties, depression, childhood abuse or trauma (sexual, physical, and psychological) and disordered eating. All ages.

I cherish all of the techniques and tools I have learned because they all work. I can see and hear the positive results in the changes that my clients undergo, and my clients experience the change with relief, gratitude or joy. The ones who can stay the course, benefit most.
